Lucas Dávalos knows what he’s doing, having worked in some of the best bars in Buenos Aires. He’s created a relaxed, laid back feel at El Limón that belies the attention and care paid to the cocktails and food. This is a welcoming, chilled-out space with posters on the walls and a few tables out front, offering a concise but compelling list of cocktails. Among the many standouts on the menu is Ya No Rasques La Alfombra (Don’t Scratch The Carpet), which consists of vodka, passion fruit, raspberry, lemon and rooibos tea, not to mention the Negroni Sous-Vide. There’s also the option to have the bartenders make you something based on your preferences. There’s an excellent bar food menu to accompany those excellent drinks too.
