Sat within the luxurious Four Seasons fotel in the ultra-modern Bahrain Bay area, the dining room is modern and sleek, with spectacular views of the Manaman waterfront. On the menu, each dish is a simple treatment, steering clear of superfluity to deliver a timeless and classic steakhouse experience. All classic cuts you’d expect from a restaurant are present and correct, from USDA Prime filet mignon served with a decadent Bèarnaise to Australian wagyu ribeye with a fiery horseradish sauce. Steaks may be the focus here, but its non-bovine dishes, such as blue swimmer crab with roasted celery root, beef and bacon crumb and broken apple and yuzu, are just as honed.
