Two names that are undeniably synonymous with luxury are Wolfgang Puck and Four Seasons. The dynamic duo have joined forces to create re/Asian Cuisine on the shores of the ritzy Bahrain Bay. It's set up on the 50th floor, which is a nice metaphor for the prices here – let's be real, this is one for a VERY special occasion. The interior is quietly fancy with mixed muted upholstery and enormous rugs, mixed with striking wall art and a central wood-clad sushi bar but the views across the city are the real focal point here, alongside the food, of course. The menu gives a masterclass in pan-Asian staples from handmade sushi to gossamer-wrapped dumplings stuffed with Szechuan lamb or lump crab, prawn and cassava. There's also larger fish and meat plates plus some sharing dishes alongside some twists on old favourites like a kimchi-spiked fried rice topped with a golden-yolked egg and a slick of toasted sesame oil.
