Bar La Providencia is the kind of bar every neighbourhood could do with: one where you're guaranteed a good time. Indoors is a cosy mix of William Morris wallpaper and velvet with a huge terrace available for sunny days and, crucially, the bar is exceptionally well-stocked. When it comes to food, burgers are the order of the day, including the outrageous Puta Ama: a cheeseburger breaded and deep-fried, bun and all. Drinks are sophisticated crowd-pleasers, like the Instagram-tastic Penélope Glamour: blanco tequila, cranberry syrup, lavender and a splash of Italian aperitif, topped with tonic to make a dusty pink copa garnished with a sprig of gypsophila.
