Mosu is a restaurant with some major pedigree as it's sister to the Seoul flagship that holds three Michelin stars and was placed at number 15 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants list 2022. Set high above the buzzing Kowloon district with views out across the city, the dining room is lit by hundreds of twinkling bulbs suspended from an elegant wooden frame above sculpturally-inspired booth seating and polished mid-century-style tables. It's no surprise that there's only a tasting menu on offer for guests, with eight exquisite courses of Korean cooking overseen by chef Sung Anh, changing with the seasons and showing off the best produce he can get his hands on. Dishes could include black sesame tofu or Iberico pork with naju pear and tea leaves, all served with wine pairings from both the Old and New Worlds.
