Sat on the 118th floor of Hong Kong’s luxurious Ritz-Carlton at the dizzying altitude of 480 metres. The staggering views dominate, but the drinks programme is no slouch, with its short and punchy original cocktails. It is currently running a 'Five Elements' cocktail menu, where five drinks representing Fire, Metal, Water, Earth and Wood are the inspiration for seriously intricate serves.
