Michelin three-star Jade Dragon at City of Dreams was, for years, the only Macao restaurant on the Asia’s 50 Best list. Executive chef Kelvin Au Yeung, a Hong Kong native with more than 20 years of experience in top Chinese kitchens, took over from Tam Kwok Fung, who left in 2018. The Iberico pork barbecued over lychee wood is a must-order dish, and the dim sum menu is also a popular option. As per the name, there’s plenty of jade here – from decors to chopsticks to accessories worn by the waitstaff.
