Having launched a successful collaboration with New York-based chef Gray Kunz at The Upper House hotel in Hong Kong, the Shanghai branch of Café Gray Deluxe at The Middle House continues to blend Western classics with Asian flavours, housed in a crescent-moon shaped venue with a sprawling terrace and sunset views. The kitchen is led by chef de cuisine Anthony Lin, who oversees artful, modern European dishes, some gently enhanced with local and seasonal ingredients such as the signature lemongrass crisped chicken served with asparagus and rice.
