Hidden away beside a little black door in Frankfurt's red-light district you'll find a buzzer, which gains you admittance to one of the city's most exciting cocktail bars. The cocktails are creative and incorporate many ingredients more often found in the kitchen, rather than behind the bar. The ‘Elmo’ blends Hendrick's, falernum, green apple, star anise, sorrel, rooibos tea and lemon, while the ‘Communal’ mixes single malt whisky with Kinly's purple shrub, coffee, horseradish and verjus.
