Vast windows frame a panoramic of the Saronic Gulf, but a towering hand-hammered copper bar and trees suspended from the ceiling fight for your attention. The menu favours bold, unapologetic flavours and Scandinavian techniques such as fermenting. A zero-waste ethos drives terroir-led tasting menus of either 10 or 14 courses, with many ingredients being sourced directly from an organic farm in nearby Mesogeia. Two wine cellars contain an impressive collection from both iconic and little-known Greek producers with a strong selection of indigenous grapes.
