Named The Best Bar in Indonesia for 2019 by Asia's 50 Best Bars, this all-day-dining and bar concept has perfected its French bistro offering as much as its award-winning cocktail menu. Its owners-chefs Adhika Maxi (of Gordon Ramsay alumni) and Karen Carlotta have taken western dishes and given them Indonesian twists and it’s not a dissimilar story in the bar, where the shelves boast Jakarta’s largest single malt collection. Forget dark whisky lounges though, the drinks here are as bright and modern as the decor and draw upon the classics with local twists, using infusions to impart innovative flavours into well-worn cocktails.
