Your only entertainment will be your companion and 12 tiny, elaborate courses served by your personal hostess. In keeping with traditional kaiseki restaurants, Yoshihiro Murata’s menus change daily to reflect the best of the season but are always presented with flare. Sashimi is served with pickled Chinese chives and iris stalks, while mountain yam and octopus gelee is crowned with delicate shisho flowers.
