Ales & Tales is a gratifyingly hippy take on a cocktail bar. Cocktails are linked to individual practices and concepts, for example the ‘Pranayama’ (a breathing technique used in Hatha yoga), which mixes vodka with fino sherry, clarified carrots and saline, and the ‘Healer’, a blend of redistilled sweet potato tequila, sun-dried tomato, pepper and acids, garnished with a beetroot crisp. There are more traditional cocktails available, too, such as its signature Bloody Mary, and there's also a great choice of lighter and more indulgent bar bites.
