Lunario is a whimsical rooftop greenhouse eatery that has become one of the region’s most talked about restaurants since opening in 2019, thanks largely to chef Sheyla Alvarado - one of Baja’s rising culinary stars. Taking inspiration from the agricultural traditions of Ensenada and the Valle de Guadalupe, most of the ingredients showcased on the six or eight-course tasting menus are grown at sister farm Finca La Carrodilla, where everything is produced according to organic certification guidelines. Fresh seafood is plucked from the Pacific ocean a mere 15 kilometres away from the front door. Chef Alvarado prepares it all with their distinctive knack for beautiful presentation. Naturally, the wine menu is also excellent, with a list comprised of rare and exclusive vintages from La Lomita winery, with a list comprising rare and exclusive vintages from La Lomita and Finca La Carrodilla wineries
