This compact little dining room combines organic wood textures with metallic flashes, including a glittering central chandelier, all arranged around an open kitchen with stools for counter dining. The modern-meets-classic approach imbues every aspect of the restaurant, right down to its contemporary French menu. Serving a seven-course tasting menu, Le Côté LM also has a wine cellar stuffed with Old World treasures, right down to a choice of Romanée-Conti with vintages going back to the 1980s. When it comes to food, plates might include grouper with fennel, squid, capers and roasted red peppers, or beef tenderloin with beetroot, rosemary and chimichurri.
