After an eight-year restoration, the former Old War Office on Whitehall has been transformed into an ultra-luxe sanctuary, where echoes of Churchill’s wartime speeches and secret service meet modern-day opulence. Every detail is a nod to its history: crimson fabrics inspired by the Horse Guards’ Cavalry, carpets with geometric patterns that echo Roman mosaics, and 120 suites steeped in history.
