You could spend a whole night sipping cocktails in this warehouse-style bar without realising that a 24-seat fine-dining restaurant is hidden behind the unmarked metal door in the corner. Josh Habiger, who won national attention at fellow Nashville star The Catbird Seat and has worked in the acclaimed kitchen of Alinea in Chicago, takes a casual approach here with a tick-box menu that allows you to choose how many courses you want. Dishes range from experimental salmon and smoked tofu to comforting chocolate and pistachio pudding, but all are prepared in an open kitchen. Guests are encouraged to bring their own records and play DJ for the night.
