The latest offering from the team behind Polite Provisions and Craft & Company, Raised by Wolves is a bar hidden within a bottle shop, in a suburban shopping mall. So far, so unexpected. Its elaborate Art Nouveau look may also take you by surprise, with the exterior owing more than a little to London's Victorian gin palaces. The drinks list is split into four sections 'Refreshing', 'Direct', 'Decadent' and 'Reserve' (aka expensive) and the creations take inspiration from all over the globe, for example the Sundress is a mix of vodka, Thai basil eaux de vie, dry vermouth, pandan, lime and seltzer.
