Named after a term used to describe speakeasies during Prohibition, the Blind Tiger, located within luxury Dubai beach hotel Jumeirah Al Naseem, certainly looks the part. An extravagant, vintage-styled space that evokes the indulgence of the 1920s era at its most decadent, it features beautiful design details including chinoiserie wallpaper, blue wood panelling and framed ceiling mirrors. On the menu you'll find inventive cocktails from a vintage circus-themed menu, with offerings including fruity, scotch-based The Ringmaster and bittersweet The Strongman, made with gin, bianco vermouth, matcha and more. There are four non-alcoholic options too, such as the Lillian Leitzel, with white peach and non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Food comes in the form of a selection of light bites, including beef bao buns, Blind Tiger sliders and Korean fried cauliflower. As an added bonus, the bar offers striking views of Turtle Lagoon and its turtle rehabilitation project.
