After starting life in 2003 as a seafood restaurant on Mykonos’ iconic Psarou Beach, Nammos has travelled around the world to open outposts in equally sunny locations including Limassol, Cannes, Miami and Las Vegas. In Dubai, it's found a home at the Four Seasons on Jumeirah Beach where its Greek-Mediterranean-Japanese menu is served up with sea views and a beach club vibe. The seafood-driven menu champions the freshest catch imported from the Med with typical dishes ranging from the Japanese inspired spicy crab tartare with yuzu truffle and salmon teriyaki on shrimp tempura roll, to the more classically Italian Nammos risotto with lobster and carabinero. In addition to the signature Seafood Counter, another highlight is the Beef Bar, where premium cuts are sourced from the US, Australia and Japan. The wine list reflects the Mediterranean roots of the food with a particular focus on Greece, including a mix of traditional wineries and natural, organic and biodynamic producers.
