The opulent Oriental dining room, replete with cosseting lighting and ruby carpets, is the perfect setting to enjoy produce-led Cantonese sharing plates. Chef Anthony Lui is unafraid of unusual combinations such as double-boiled soup with wallaby tail and loganberry, although it doesn’t get any more classic than his signature Peking duck, prepared theatrically at your table.
