Nuanced pasta dishes such as rabbit agnolotti and risotto acquarello (braised oxtail and asparagus) arrive in generous portions, while big-hitting secondi courses include the likes of Atlantic black cod and Iberico pork belly, as well as Australian wagy beef with black pepper, spinach, sultanas and pine nuts.
