The Mandarin Oriental in Macau is home to the extravagant Vida Rica, a restaurant accompanied by a trio of bars. The setting is suitably grand – with modern, sleek and luxurious design featuring a variety of spaces, while floor-to-ceiling windows offer unprecedented views of the city. The first of the three bars takes inspiration from Macau to offer an impressive selection of signature cocktails using an array of interesting local ingredients, and making use of the latest techniques. The second, meanwhile, showcases Vida Rica’s wines and champagnes, served alongside tapas. Coffee takes pride of place at the third, served with pastries and chocolates.
