In an elegant dining room inspired by the aesthetics of Venice and a sumptuous flower garden, executive chef Zhang Zhi Cheng pays homage to traditional dishes from the Sichuan and Shandong districts. A welcome tea and caviar begin the meal, followed by a spectacular eight-course display of sophistication and unusual flavours. Don’t miss the signature braised fish maw, plated to mimic the eponymous yellow petals of the restaurant name, the crispy codfish with balsamic vinegar, or the sliced sea whelk with chilli oil. Private dining rooms are also available for groups of up to 10 diners.
