You'll find a killer all-vinyl playlist in action at this striking cocktail lounge where the drinks offering is extensive and varied. The menu is split into three sections: classics (think daiquiris and dirty martinis), signatures (such as the ‘Hey Brian!’, a blend of bourbon, grapefruit, tamarind syrup and wheat beer) and modern classics with a twist (such as the ‘Bacon Old Fashioned’ and the ‘Breakfast Martini’, a homage to the drink created by Salvatore Calabrese).
