Grown-up and sophisticated, this steakhouse is set within Manila's Shangri-La Hotel. It's focus on meat, whisky and smoke, as well a gentlemen's club vibe, is more than a little bit 'Mad Men'. The whisky list is extensive, even including the bar's own Raging Bull bourbon, but cocktails are pleasingly experimental, with a couple of barrel-aged options available alongside twisted classics like the Maple & Bacon Manhattan. As for bar snacks they're an unsurprisingly and unapologetically meaty affair, including wagyu sliders and crispy pigs’ ears.
