Drinks Lab – the collective behind Draft Land – is on a mission to change the face of cocktail bars throughout Asia, opening outlets in the continent's most vibrant cocktail cities. There are already branches here in Taipei and Hong Kong, with more set to open in Tokyo and Seoul. The key tenet of the drinks programme at Draft Land is that the cocktails are served on tap, which means you can try before you buy. Drinks include the ‘English Milk Punch’, which blends brandy, dark rum, cinnamon, apple, sugar and lime.
