Everything about Sexy Fish is larger than life, from the blue Damien Hirst mermaid sculptures at either end of the onyx bar to the collection of more than 400 Japanese whiskies (thought to be the largest collection in the world outside of Japan). When the bar team came to write their newest cocktail menu they wanted a global flavour. A trip around the world for guest shifts in 16 of the most renowned drinking dens, including Tokyo's Star Bar and Mexico City's Licorería Limantour, followed, with inspiration taken for a new drink on the list from each.
