A traditional steakhouse with a refined edge – as you’d expect at the luxurious Four Seasons in Abu Dhabi – Butcher & Still has it all. There are soft leather banquettes to sink into; a sit-at bar with classic cocktails on tap; and more prime steak than you can shake a knife at, from a tomahawk chop and bone-in fillet to a ribeye and porterhouse. It’s all courtesy of chef Marshall Allen Röth, who’s a pro at elevating classic American dishes to things worthy of the renowned hotel brand. Save room for dessert: the Tribune features no less than 34 layers of Valrhona chocolate to celebrate Chicago’s 1920s skyscraper – as you do.
