Opened by the Rikas Group – the team behind Tagomago, Mimi Kakushi and La Cantine Du Faubourg – in 2023, this modern French restaurant, located on the rooftop of Nakheel Mall at The St. Regis Gardens in Palm Jumeirah, is a sultry space serving immaculate vibes. Rolling to the beat of a curated playlist of chilled-out French disco, with a moody, low-lit ambience, it’s open evenings only, and transforms as night progresses, welcoming DJs to open decks for early hours dancing. Chef Hadrien Villedieu, who previously worked under gastronomy giants Alain Passard, Jean Pierre Vigato and the late Joël Robuchon, serves a menu rooted in classical French cooking, executed using indulgent, international ingredients. Highlights on an expansive a la carte menu include a chilli-dusted lobster roll, wagyu boeuf tartare and creamy confit duck ravioli alongside extravagant sharing platters of tomahawk steak and shiso chimichurri-doused grilled seabass. The indulgence continues at the bar, with playful twists on cocktail classics.
