The cocktail menu is a trip down memory lane too, with everything from punches to sours, via martinis and caipirinhas (when in Rio...), alongside original creations like the Short but Powerful, which mixes hazelnut butter-infused brandy with molasses and cocoa bitters, and the Between the Tropics, which blends golden rum and cachaça with pineapple, lime and retro Tiki cocktail syrup fassionola. When it comes to food, you can't go wrong with half-a-dozen oysters topped with the house smoked chilli sauce.
