Set over three floors in Rio de Janeiro’s Ipanema, Nosso is a decidedly laid-back and welcoming space that is equal parts restaurant and cocktail bar. Light, airy and brightly coloured throughout, the main bar is right in the centre of the action, while the roof terrace is a particular highlight too. With chef Bruno Katz in charge of food, this aspect is well covered, with twists on local dishes. Bartender Daniel Estevan is behind the drinks menu which is perfectly suited to Nosso’s chilled out, tropical atmosphere. Playful twists on classics draw on Brazil's history of distillates and ferments, such as the Highball of Caparaó or the Cunhã Puca Negroni.
