In a city with a burgeoning dining scene full of international offerings, Izakaya was the first restaurant to bring Nikkei to the Nile. Led by Peruvian chef Martin Rodriguez, Izakaya combines the unique fusion style from South America with the full gamut of dishes one would expect of a traditional Japanese pub-style venue of the same name, injected with a touch of flair and textural wizardry.
