Renowned British chef Jason Atherton returns to Dubai with Row on 45, an intimate 22-seat dining experience crafted as a journey through three acts in a gorgeous penthouse setting. The evening unfolds with aperitifs and canapés, transitions to an open kitchen where culinary artistry takes centre stage, and concludes in the chef’s library with digestifs and delicate confections. Head chef Daniel Birk toys with global ingredients in a 17-course tasting menu, but it’s Atherton’s affinity for Japanese cuisine shines through in dishes such as Saroma wagyu beef, uni and bluefin maguro. Dishes arrive paired with a personal anecdote, a tribute to Atherton's favourite childhood flavours, accompanied by a curated playlist featuring Oasis, The Smiths and Ray LaMontagne.
