Cantina OK! describes itself as a Micro Mezcal Mecca, which is enough to pique our interest in itself, let alone the fact the bar is a converted car-parking space (yes, singular)... Marked out by mirrors rather than signage and hidden behind metal shutters, this teeny tiny agave den is standing room only, with space for only 20 guests, making the impact it has had on the local and global bar scene all the more remarkable. The bar made its debut at No.28 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2020, and won a clutch of other awards that same year.
