Split into an indoor speakeasy-style bar and a rooftop terrace with some lush treehouse vibes, it's an unexpected delight. The food offering is dominated by twists on cheesesteaks, making for some mighty fine drinking food, while the drinks themselves are sophisticated and experimental with inventions like The Bakers Dozen, which blends butter fat-washed whisky with roasted walnut, croissants and demerara sugar topped with a tiny house made croissant, and the Pandan Airways – a mix of wild strawberry and pandan gin, with coconut flesh, verjus and gomme.
