A speakeasy hidden at the back of a fully functioning barbershop – as the name might have given away. It's won just about every award going for its whopping gin list (700 bottles and counting) alongside its selection of original cocktails. Drinks include the ‘Smoke & Bandages’, which mixes Bombay dry gin, Cherry Heering, sweet vermouth, fresh orange and smoked rosemary. There's a huge selection of G&Ts – as you’d hope and expect – all served in the proper copa glass, plus an array of gin flights so you can dig deeper into the juniper.
