It's all about the rum at The Lobo, with a collection of more than 250 bottles dating back as far as 1930. And, in the great tradition of rum bars, cocktails are delicious and cleverly named: check out ‘The Floor Is Guava’ (a mix of El Dorado 151 Rum, coconut rum, guava, honey mead and lemon). This is a bar to while away a few hours, with squashy banquette seating and comfort food like empanadas and Cuban sandwiches on offer to soak up all the grog.
