In the five years since it opened its doors, this dive bar has become a beloved part of Sydney's scene. Its latest menu is a tribute to all that the city has to offer (drinking wise, that is), with each cocktail an homage to a different watering hole – ‘The Baxter Tin’ (named for The Baxter Inn, of course) blends French whisky with berries, vanilla and citrus.
